With Aviator, you're not just a clinician out in the field, you'll be part of a CLINICAL TEAM that works together for the betterment of our patients with unparalleled support from our office and management staff. **Job Summary:**A Physical Therapist Assistant who provides coordinated physical therapy to patients of all age groups under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.**Essential Functions:*** Performs services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT* Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills to participate in teaching the patient and family* Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner* Applies concepts of infection control and standard precautions in coordinating/performing patient care activities to prevent contamination and transmission of disease* Accepts clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients* Meets mandatory continuing education requirements; participates in in service programs* Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency* Proficient and comfortable using technology to communicate and perform essential job functions.**Job Qualifications:** *Education*: Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy *Licensure*: Current Texas State License to practice physical therapy *Experience*: Prior experience as a PTA a plus but new grads welcome!Aviator Home Health provides full time employees benefits including:* Paid Time Off* Medical Insurance with Opportunity for HSA* Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* 401K after 12 months of employment* Supplementary Benefits* Complementary $25k of Basic Life and AD&D* Supplemental Group Life and AD&D for Spouse and Children* Mileage ReimbursementAviator Home Health is one of the fastest growing companies in the DFW.
