Job Title: Behavioral Health LVN/LPN * Mids
Join our team in Big Spring, TX, as a Behavioral Health LVN/LPN, where your passion for psychiatric care can make a difference.
Position Overview:
* Duration: 26*week contract
* Schedule: 40 hours/week, 2 pm * 10 pm, every other weekend off
* Shift: Mids, 5 x 8*hour shifts
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver patient care in a psychiatric setting
* Administer medications and monitor effects
* Collaborate with healthcare teams and patients
* Adapt to various units as needed
Qualifications:
* Active Texas LPN/LVN License
* AHA BLS Certification
* 2+ years LVN/LPN experience, 1+ year in psychiatry
* Strong communication skills
* Compliance with HHSC requirements
* COVID*19 vaccination
Additional Notes:
* Initial orientation includes multiple unit assignments
* Flexibility to float between units
