In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients in either inpatient or outpatient settings and formulating tailored treatment strategies
• Administering comprehensive physical therapy interventions that focus on mobility, strength, and overall function
• Collaborating seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses and physicians, to maximize patient outcomes
• Guiding patients and their families through therapeutic goals and discharge planning
• Documenting assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive care

Education Requirements

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification preferred

Additional certifications in specialized areas such as neurology or geriatrics are advantageous but not mandatory

Skills

Previous clinical experience is highly preferred

Proficient in managing patients with complex medical and mobility challenges
