THE COMPANY:

N Zone Sports North Atlanta was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Children need to have FUN while learning the FUNdamentals of sport. We are about teaching kids discipline, character and live skills in a FUN way.

THE POSITION:

We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport program.  Pay rate begins at $15 per hour with the potential to earn more. Our programs come with ready-made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

We coach children (2years old - 6th Grade) with a focus on preschool age (2 - 6 years.) Our coaches teach the basic fundamentals of many different sports and introduce nutrition and muscle groups. We shall teach you every skill required to coach all of the sports- Soccer, Football, Basketball, Lacrosse, Tennis, Golf, Baseball, kickball and Hockey.

THE SCHEDULE:

The majority of classes are held during the morning and early afternoon hours .The ideal candidate is available to work the following schedule.

If you are unavailable to work the following hours, PLEASE, do not apply for this role. Additional hours may be added as the business grows.

• Sugarloaf Montessori: 3:00–3:30 PM
• Shiloh Elementary Basketball: 3:30–5:45 PM

Tuesday

• Sunrise: 10:00–10:30 AM
• Primrose Emory Northlake: 10:00–11:00 AM
• Kids Galaxy Lawrenceville: 2:45–4:00 PM
• Shiloh Elementary Soccer: 3:30–5:45 PM

Wednesday

• Oxford Falls School: 10-11AM
• KRK Centerville: 10:00–10:30 AM and 2:45–3:15 PM
• St. Matthew’s: 1:30–2:00 PM

Thursday

• Children’s Courtyard of Lawrenceville: 10:00–11:00 AM
• Kiddie Academy of Stone Mountain: 10-10:30AM
• Mountain Park: 1:30–2:30 PM —
• Good Shepherd Preschool: 3:45–4:30 PM

THE CLASS LOCATIONS:

Classes are held across pre-schools/day-care centers, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel to get to each class location. Our classes are centered in Lilburn, GA and reach into surrounding cities- Snellville, Centerville, Duluth, Buford, Five Forks, Lawrenceville and Norcross areas. On any day, classes may occur at as many as three different locations, each in different cities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be willing to travel to coach within Snellville, Lilburn, Centerville, Duluth, Buford, Five Forks Lawrenceville and Norcross. Coaches ideally live within 30-45 minutes of the center of the territory (Lilburn, GA)
• Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must submit to fingerprinting and pass GA comprehensive background check.
• Desire to provide long-term commitment to develop within this growing company. (6-9 months)
• Available to start and train for a few hours each week, immediately.

DESIRED:

• Experience working with Youths and/or Pre-School Age Children (i.e. preschool teacher, camp counselor, soccer coach, elementary educator, substitute teacher, coach, gym teacher, personal trainer, fitness instructor, etc.)
• Passion for sports and fitness.
• Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, physical education, etc.).
• First Aid Certification
• Coaching Experience

COACHING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• HONESTY, INTEGRITY and PROFESSIONALISM.
• Prepare in advance to teach the class and arrive early.
• Building strong relationships with parents, teachers, directors, and children.
• Have FUN coaching classes with organization and structure.
• Be outgoing and engage every child, in every class.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30 per hour

$15/30minute session

$22.50/45 min sessions
