Duties and Responsibilities: Operate and monitor woodworking and production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent output. Set up machines, adjust parameters, and perform changeovers based on production requirements (level-dependent). Inspect products and make real‑time adjustments to maintain quality standards and specifications. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Read and follow work orders, run sheets, and basic measurements to ensure accurate production. Maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all OSHA and company safety guidelines. Accurately track production data, material usage, and shift activity. Support team operations by assisting with setup, training, and continuous improvement efforts as experience grows.
