The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities for work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts! We are looking for a dedicated provider to join our team at the Mineral Springs Center in North Conway, NH. This role can be filled by either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $58 to $62, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap on earnings.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

The provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working alongside other medical professionals to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. For nurse practitioners, certification is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, APRNs should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their respective states.

Note that restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as job classification, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Some benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Hourly compensation is set between $58.00 and $62.00.
