Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida State license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and follow established treatment plans.
