The role may also support software engineering and systems networking including programming, system networks, and communications. What You Will Be Doing Produce system layouts and controls design based on construction documents Generate design submittals, As‑Builts, and O&M packages Obtain cut sheets, coordinate submittal process and assembly Ensure design complies with contract drawings and specifications for completeness and accuracy Select correct devices for applications while staying within specifications Create custom graphics packages for interface into the building automation system Knowledge, Skills and Education Qualifications Experience designing control systems for commercial HVAC applications Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and architectural construction documents Experience with computer‑aided design software Two‑ or four‑year degree in engineering, engineering technologies, or a related field Exceptional work ethic and adherence to company values Self‑starter capable of working independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Commitment to detail, deadlines, and efficient time use Ability to take on additional responsibilities and manage priorities with minimal guidance Highly driven, motivated, and able to multi‑task effectively Strategic thinker with a team‑player attitude Technological Skills Microsoft Office Microsoft Visio Working knowledge of AutoCAD EEO: All qualified applicants to Building Control Integrators are considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran’s status or any other protected characteristic.
