Primary Care Physician Rush Oak Lawn Outpatient Center Chicago, IL Rush University System for Health, a national leader in outstanding patient care, education, research, community partnerships, and empowering a new generation of health care providers, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join Rush Oak Lawn Outpatient Center, a multispecialty outpatient practice. The practice will add Primary Care services starting in February 2026 as part of the system’s expansion of services in Oak Lawn. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Collaborate with nursing staff and support team Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Contribute to practice growth during our expansion phase Participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs. The pay range for this full-time, 1.0 FTE position is $261,000 – $383,000, with opportunities for retention bonuses, sign-on bonuses and relocation allowances.
