Lead and support the jewelry design team through all stages of the design process, staying aligned with the seasonal design calendar and proactively anticipating next steps Drive research into global trends, materials, and techniques to create jewelry that feels fresh, playful, and authentically kate spade Produce and oversee detailed CAD drawings and renderings in Illustrator and Photoshop for vendor communication and sampling Create, manage, and maintain spec sheets and technical packages, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all development stages Develop and update seasonal color cards and finish references Support Prepare and present seasonal mood boards and presentations to cross-functional partners and senior leadership Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure a cohesive and commercially strong collection Maintain organized material libraries, component archives, and reference samples the accomplished individual will possess...
