• Schedule: Shared hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 7pm, Friday 7am - 5pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm

Requirements

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med Peds
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities to deliver high-quality primary care
• Dedication to patient-centered care and the capacity to foster enduring relationships with patients and their families
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach for working within a team-based care framework
• Desire to engage in a community-oriented practice and contribute positively to workplace culture
• Willingness to work some early morning, evening, and rotating weekend shifts to enhance patient access
• Experience in outpatient primary care is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may involve:

• Providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Managing chronic conditions and creating personalized treatment plans
• Conducting preventative care, wellness visits, and routine screenings
• Collaborating with nurse practitioners, specialists, and care teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient care and clinic operations
• Staying informed about evidence-based medical practices and advancements in primary care
• Engaging in community outreach and health education efforts as needed
