Functioning within the Health System s mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures, the Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of assigned patients on his/her shift. RN responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using age-specific criteria. Judgments are made based upon scientific knowledge and clinical skills. The RN also assists in planning, directing, and teaching non-RN staff such as LPN/PCT and Unit Secretaries.

• Must float to all units within skill level - Required

Lima's local traveler policy is to reduce the travel rate by 8%. Anyone with a permanent address within a 45-mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• TNCC
• BLS (AHA)

• PALS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Ohio

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active!
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements : No Call
