Implement one-on-one therapy interventions targeting various speech areas such as language, fluency, and swallowing.

Engage and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, medical professionals, and family members to forge united care pathways.

Empower patients and families with educational resources to ensure progress is maintained beyond clinical visits.

Participate in inpatient evaluations and therapy as needed, facilitating continuity throughout treatment journeys.

Maintain precise documentation in line with all relevant regulations and practices.

Commit to lifelong learning in the field through ongoing training and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) when applicable, prior to ASHA certification.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be acquired within first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based interventions for all demographics with deep knowledge of both developmental and acquired speech disorders.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust with patients, families, and a collaborative care team.

Adaptability to implement therapy strategies reflective of varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Solid clinical judgment paired with effective problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and documentation requirements.
