We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team at The Cranberry Ascend Hotel! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Front Desk Staff, Housekeeping and Food and Breakfast Food and Beverage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team members to achieve the highest likely to return ratings in market.
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees to ensure cleanliness and brand standard compliance.
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Hotel operations a plus . Not required other management in retail, customer service, or other related fields would be accepted.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership and customer service qualities
