Duties

• Greet patients warmly and manage all aspects of patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and friendliness
• Coordinate appointment scheduling using patient management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems to optimize daily operations
• Handle phone inquiries and client communication efficiently, providing prompt responses to questions about treatments or billing
• Assist with administrative tasks such as typing reports, updating patient information, and managing electronic health records to ensure data accuracy

Experience

• Prior experience working in a dental practice is highly preferred; familiarity with health regulation policies is a plus.
• Knowledge of Open Dental would be a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person while maintaining professionalism at all times
• Understanding of Dental terminology relevant to dental care enhances communication with patients and staff
