Maintenance Mechanic

Green Bay Shipping Container Division is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our steel shipping containers and yard equipment in safe, reliable working order. In this hands-on role, you’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair containers, doors, locking systems, chassis, and related mechanical components using welding, cutting, and basic fabrication tools. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, track work orders, and follow safety and quality standards. This position works closely with operations and yard staff in a practical, safety-focused environment that values reliability, problem-solving, and efficient, customer-oriented service.
