Closing Team Lead

The Closing Team Lead is responsible for monitoring and tracking all closing processes. This role runs queries, maintains reports, and supports the trainers while keeping up with the training material.The Closing Team Lead mayassist supervisors with additional projects/tasks.This is a remote position.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Run queries to collate data; maintain reports and Excel spreadsheets as neededMonitor and track completion of files and special tasksOversee the training for all new Closing AnalystsResponsible for keeping training material up to dateAssist Team of Closing Analysts with questions and escalationsRequired to close files when neededServe as a final Quality Control for Closing Analyst files as neededTrack analyst errors and create coaching measuresLead meetings and conduct presentations as neededAdditional duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Knowledge of HIPAA regulationsExcellent attention to detailExcellent organizational skillsEffective and professional verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadership, problem solving, and analytical skillsAbility to think and work independently, while working in an overall team environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma, or equivalent1 year experience as a Closing Analyst II/trainer or 1 year office experience, preferredPAY RANGE:CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
