Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. 3 months of travel experience is required. Requirements Candidates must have an Illinois license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Endeavor Health. Pre‑employment modules may be required for this role. Experience with ortho and surgical patients required. Required Credentials EKG test with 80% or higher score required. Special Requests Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer. No RTO approved during blackout dates: all of August and most of July. Shift & Scheduling Every other weekend. No call. Rotating holidays. Floating Requirements Flexible to float to Highland Park, Evanston, or Skokie. 14 days maximum time off. 2 Charge/Lead references required. Proof of identification required.
