Physical Therapist Assistant – Full Time Polaris Transitional and Extended Care Center in Anchorage, Alaska, is currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our crew of in‑house therapists. Position Overview We value specialty certified clinicians who provide evidence‑based therapy interventions. You will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to best meet the needs of your patients. About the Facility The extended care facility follows the Green House care model, offering skilled nursing and rehabilitation services within a homely ambiance for its residents. The transitional care facility is a 50‑bed high‑tech facility with individual rooms, a therapy gym, and comprehensive equipment for therapists. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based therapy interventions to patients. Create and implement additional programs to best meet patient needs. Collaborate with the in‑house therapy team to deliver quality care. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Position open to therapists at all experience levels.
