Maintenance Technician – 3rd ShiftWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. This role is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance and reliability of facility and production equipment used in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate can work independently, troubleshoot equipment efficiently, and respond to production downtime in a safe and timely manner.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipmentRead and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manualsRespond to equipment downtime and complete repairs with minimal disruption to productionPerform and schedule preventive maintenance activitiesSupport new equipment launches, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiativesDiagnose and repair machine controls and electrical systemsSource replacement parts while considering cost, lead time, and qualityCoordinate with equipment manufacturers and service representatives on repairsReassemble machinery following repairs and verify proper operationMaintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and repair documentationInstall and replace machine components to production specificationsMaintain facility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, dust collection, and ventilationRepair and reroute facility utilities, including electrical, air, and water linesRepair shop equipment and hand tools as neededAssist with building, modifying, or rebuilding production equipmentQualificationsStrong ability to read and interpret electrical schematicsExperience troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing environmentBasic math skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasksPreferred ExperienceJourneyman Machine Repair certification is a plus5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentSchedule3rd ShiftMonday – ThursdayFour 11.5-hour shifts (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM)Occasional Fridays as business needs requireCompensation & BenefitsPay: $30.00–$37.00 per hour (based on experience)Eligible employees receive:401(k)Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Holidays#IND1
