The Lighthouse for the Blind in New Orleans seeks a Workforce Development Specialist I to support the Pathways to Success project. You will provide vocational rehabilitation services, develop job opportunities, and coach participants across southeast Louisiana. Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills are essential. You will work with teens and adults, deliver Pre-ETS, and collaborate with employers to create meaningful placements.
