The Staffing Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a light industrial staffing branch. This role involves managing client relationships, recruiting and placing temporary and direct-hire workers, supervising staff, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational performance. The position focuses on staffing for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and production environments, operating as an independent branch manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure profitability
- Supervise staff performance and provide leadership
- Oversee budget management and compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and maintain client relationships and manage job orders
- Recruit, interview, and onboard light industrial workers
- Coordinate workforce scheduling and assignment management
- Drive sales growth through prospecting, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Oversee payroll coordination, timekeeping, and documentation accuracy
- Monitor employee performance and ensure safety and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in staffing management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
