ECC Exteriors, LLC
ECC Exteriors, LLC is seeking an Estimator to support commercial and industrial roofing and coatings projects. This role is responsible for reviewing plans and specifications, performing detailed takeoffs, requesting vendor and subcontractor quotes, and preparing accurate, timely cost estimates and proposals. The Estimator will collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and suppliers to validate scopes, value-engineer solutions, and ensure estimates align with safety, quality, and customer requirements. This position offers exposure to advanced roof restoration and fluid-applied systems and the opportunity to build a long-term career in building envelope solutions.
