ICU Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in ICU License: State license required (pending licenses accepted) Certifications: BLS, ACLS required Must-Have: Epic experience Ability to float within scope of practice Charge experience preferred Description: This position involves floating to various intensive care and intermediate care units. Responsibilities include providing care to critically ill patients in diverse settings. Patient populations include adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. You will be required to work nights, including every other weekend and holidays. All travelers must adhere to the float policy and scheduling guidelines. Must have experience managing ventilated patients and administering continuous IV sedation. Knowledge of dysrhythmias, procedural sedation, and pulmonary artery line monitoring is essential. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams. Travel experience is preferred, and you will be floating as necessary based on unit needs.
