You'll represent a nationally recognized brand at local fairs, festivals, and community events while earning competitive pay. As a Summer Brand Ambassador, you'll connect with homeowners, answer questions about our products, and help schedule appointments. What's in it for You? Competitive Pay: $19/hour base + uncapped bonuses. Average ambassadors earn $25-$30 per hour. Part-Time Hours: Flexible schedule with most hours on weekends and weekday evenings. Responsibilities Event Setup & Breakdown: Transport, assemble, and dismantle booths and promotional displays at event locations. Brand Representation: Act as the face of Renewal by Andersen by sharing product knowledge and company values with attendees. Lead Generation: Engage attendees in meaningful conversations to capture interest and schedule in-home appointments. Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service with empathy, positivity, and professionalism. Team Participation: Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company updates. Qualifications Strong Communication Skills: Ability to start conversations confidently and explain products clearly. Self-Driven: Comfortable working independently and motivated to exceed goals. Positive Mindset: Enthusiastic, personable, and solutions-oriented approach. Coachability: Open to feedback with a desire to grow and improve. Flexible Availability: Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed. Age and Licensing: Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for event setup and takedown. Comfortable standing for extended periods during events.
