Overview JOB SUMMARY: Seeking a skilled and experienced Cath Lab Technician to join a dynamic team at a Level 1 trauma center. This role involves assisting physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a multi-modality Cath Lab. Responsibilities Assist physicians during cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures. Prepare equipment and supplies for procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamics during procedures. Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of Cath Lab equipment. Document patient care and procedure details accurately. Respond to emergency situations as needed. Schedule / Shift Day shift, 4 days per week, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Requires weekend, weeknight, and holiday call. 30-minute call back time required. Qualifications ARRT or RCIS certification required. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technician. Experience in a multi-modality Cath Lab. Previous experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred. Certifications: ARRT or RCIS. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting. Skills Proficient in assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. Excellent patient monitoring and assessment skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a sterile field. Unit / Specialty Cath Lab Floating / On-Call On-call duties required, including weekends, weeknights, and holidays. 30-minute call back time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
