Occupational Therapist

Daviess Community Hospital

Position requires school coverage (Shoals). Candidate must be competent in pediatrics.

Responsible for restoring patient's function, alleviating pain, and providing essential education to patients/families in order to prevent disabilities. The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development of rehabilitation programs and treatment plans for patients with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy.

**Saturday rotation required (typically every 4-6 weekend cycle)

Qualifications

Current OT Indiana licensure
Outpatient and inpatient experience preferred
Current BCLS certification
Excellent teamwork skills
Strong communication skills
