You will assist customers with questions about their coverage, policy changes, payments, documents and other service needs while working closely with the agency team to make sure each customer receives the right assistance. The ideal candidate is someone who communicates confidently in both English and Spanish, enjoys helping people and can handle multiple customer requests while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.What You'll DoProvide friendly, professional customer service to existing State Farm customersCommunicate with customers fluently in both English and SpanishAnswer incoming customer calls and respond to customer questionsAssist customers with policy questions, changes and general service needsHelp customers understand their insurance coverage and available optionsAssist with policy updates, payments, documents and other customer requestsFollow up with customers to make sure their questions and service needs are resolvedSchedule customer appointments and coordinate follow-up with the agency teamIdentify customer needs and connect customers with the appropriate agency team member when additional assistance is neededMaintain accurate customer information and policy recordsProvide timely and professional follow-up on customer requestsBuild strong, long-term relationships with customersSupport the agency team with day-to-day customer service activitiesHelp create a positive customer experience at every point of contactWhat We're Looking ForFluent in English and Spanish – requiredProperty and Casualty Insurance licensing – must be able to obtainPrevious customer service experience preferredInsurance or financial services experience is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent listening and problem-solving abilitiesProfessional, friendly and customer-focused attitudeStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple customer requests and follow up effectivelyComfortable using computers, email and customer service systemsDependable, professional and motivatedAbility to learn insurance products, agency procedures and computer systemsInsurance experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with customer service, insurance, banking, financial services or other client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
