Concrete Laborer

Pay: $20.00+/hr (Based on Experience)

MD Concrete Foundations – Now Hiring

MD Concrete Foundations is seeking hardworking and dependable Concrete Laborers to join our growing team. This position involves assisting with the construction of sidewalks, curbs, foundations, slabs, and other concrete projects. Previous concrete experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Prepare and clean job sites
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
• Assist with concrete placement and cleanup
• Follow directions from foremen and supervisors
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Operate hand and power tools as needed
• Support crew members with daily construction tasks

Qualifications

• Construction or concrete experience preferred
• Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
