We’re looking for a detail-oriented Laser Operator to operate computerized laser equipment and engrave parts according to company, customer, and regulatory standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, technology, and being part of a collaborative manufacturing team. What You’ll Do Operate computerized laser machines to engrave parts Complete required paperwork and use software to manage machines and jobs Follow all quality and inspection procedures Work with other departments, cross-train, and provide support where needed Promote workplace safety, company culture, and ethical practices Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all applicable company and regulatory requirements Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring Basic computer skills, including opening and saving files, using Word or Google Docs, and sending emails Strong attention to detail A dependable, self-motivated approach to meeting deadlines A positive, team-oriented attitude High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience At least one year of manufacturing experience preferred Our Culture We value strong communication, teamwork, and a healthy work environment.
