Business Operations Analyst, Global Engineering

Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated success in an operations or engineering operations role, preferably in the cloud infrastructure space. Strong understanding of planning and resource modeling, infrastructure utilization, and consumption-based environments. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML environments, or large-scale distributed systems is highly preferred. Experience supporting teams with hiring planning, workforce analytics, and resource allocation strategies. Proven ability to translate complex technical data into clear, executive-level insights and presentations. Advanced analytical and modeling skills, including Excel-based modeling and scenario analysis. Experience with data visualization tools (Oracle Analytics or similar) to build impactful dashboards and reports. Intermediate to Advanced Excel based modeling skills. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on driving measurable business impact.
