About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2002 and have been with State Farm since 1989. I'm a graduate of the University of West Florida, where I earned my B.A. in Finance, graduating Cum Laude. I feel incredibly fortunate to have built my entire career with State Farm and continue doing work centered around helping people and serving our customers. Role Description

Bill Pool - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• I have been a State Farm agent since 2002.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
• We have 70 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
