Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including triage, initial assessment, monitoring, and intervention
- Administer prescribed medications, IVs, and procedural tasks; monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, techs, and other care team members to ensure safe, patient-centered care
- Document nursing care, vitals, and outcomes clearly in the medical record; communicate changes promptly
- Uphold professional standards per the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics; support evidence-based practice

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
- Emergency Department (ER) nursing experience
- Nursing degree (RN) and education aligned with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ER environment and on a nights schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to patient safety and quality care
