Don't miss this potential to hire role in Lenexa, KS.Quality Inspector Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Obtain and review engineering specifications for assemblies, subassemblies, and detail partsVerify products and completed work against engineering specifications and requirementsConfirm all operations listed on production work orders have been completed according to engineering requirementsInspect parts and assemblies for defects, workmanship, and compliance with applicable specificationsCreate and disposition Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) within the ERP systemPerform First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9012 requirementsIdentify and communicate quality concerns, defects, and potential risks to the appropriate team membersMaintain accurate inspection records and documentationQuality Inspector Requirements:Knowledge and understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) processes and standardsAbility to collect and analyze data, compile information, and prepare reportsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer programsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow technical instructions, procedures, and quality standards accuratelyUse a computer keyboard and applicable software effectivelyUse a telephone and other electronic communication equipmentRead and interpret documents, drawings, specifications, and computer screensCommunicate verbally with Quality team members, production personnel, and managementSit for extended periods of timeOccasionally stand or walk for extended periodsOccasionally climb stairs or laddersOccasionally kneel, crouch, reach, balance, and perform other physical movements required for inspection activitiesLift and carry a minimum of 25 poundsQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
