Job Title

ICU Registered Nurse – Surgical Intensive Care Unit (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit setting
• Manage and monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation
• Titrate vasoactive and sedative medications per protocol
• Maintain and monitor central lines and arterial lines
• Perform complex wound and drain management
• Accurately document patient care and clinical data using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical ventilation management
• Experience with titration of vasoactive and sedative medications
• Skilled in central line and arterial line care
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Surgical ICU (SICU) environment
• Background in complex wound care and surgical drain management
