General Purpose: Sierra View Country Club located in Roseville, CA is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Expeditor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Must be available days, nights, weekends and holidays. Kitchen and cooking experience desired. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: * Assures that all material used by servers is clean and ready for daily operation * Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges * Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and other items needed for food delivery * Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with each ticket to run food to tables * Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards * Ensures that each menu item is prepared in the exact detail outlined on each ticket * Corrects menu items with the chef before delivering if they do not meet exact ticket specifications * Fills and refills water glasses and removes unused place settings * Clears dishes from in front of guests upon completion of course * Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, placing chairs at table, replacing silverware, glassware, and napkins * Assists servers when needed * Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients * Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room * Incorporates safe work practices in job performance * Performs other duties as required Minimum Qualifications for the Expeditor: * One month related experience or training Other Qualifications: * Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness * Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays
