Learn more about CCC at The Role CCC is now hiring in Tampa, FL for a Vehicle Inventory Rep & Auditor with target compensation of $450 per month with the potential to earn more plus mileage and new hire incentives. This is a piece rate role compensated based on completed vehicle inventory and audits rather than hourly work. While the work schedule is flexible, candidates must have sufficient availability during standard daytime, weekday business hours to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit work. Vehicle inventory and audit workloads vary by location and require recurring monthly availability. Vehicle Inventory Reps travel to specific automobile dealerships to inventory their used vehicle fleet, by logging information about each vehicle, including the VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage. Additionally, this role completes audits of automotive repair facilities within a specific area. This position is ideal for those seeking reliable supplemental income. Key Responsibilities: Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling Complete monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the assigned deadline, which offers flexibility to determine when work is completed Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting vehicle and audit information. Ensure timely, accurate data is submitted to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines What We Offer: Flexible scheduling — vehicle Inventory work is self-scheduled by the employee, while audits are scheduled based upon availability Paid training – No automotive experience required Mileage reimbursement Work outdoors in a casual environment Paid sick time New hire Incentives Requirements: Ability to work outside in various weather conditions High school diploma or equivalent Personal mobile and/or wi‑fi Internet access is required for submitting data Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance Self‑motivated with strong time management skills Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up 150 miles for scheduled audit work Ability to work with required tablet‑based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments Interview Policy & Privacy Notice: A video interview is required for this position.
