Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, enabling you to focus more on client interactions. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation: Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions; use this knowledge to position our products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies; maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus. Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (assistance provided to obtain licensure).
