Performance Specialist

Our client is seeking a Performance Specialist to support the Performance Measurement & Analytics team, focusing on custom SMA reporting and analytics. This role is critical to ensure continuity of client reporting and deliverables during a key transition period.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Support performance measurement and analytics for custom SMA portfolios
Prepare and deliver client reporting and marketing performance materials
Perform performance calculations and validation of financial data
Manage and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with investment professionals and technical teams
Ensure timely delivery of custom reporting and analytics outputs
Maintain and improve reporting processes and data workflows
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Strong experience in performance measurement within asset management or financial services
Expertise in performance calculations and financial data analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, analysis, reporting)
Experience working with portfolio performance systems and datasets
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume reporting
Excellent communication skills across investment and technical teams
Ability to work independently and support time-sensitive deliverables
