About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President, Operations to lead a portfolio of regional offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for full P&L performance, operational execution, and leadership development across the region. This hands-on, field-facing role is pivotal in the restoration industry, with the RVP spending the majority of their time in the region's offices, coaching General Managers, and driving the execution of company initiatives. Key responsibilities include owning the regional P&L, driving job-level profitability, and ensuring operational readiness for storm/CAT response. The RVP will also be tasked with partnering with the sales organization to grow regional revenue, building and maintaining client relationships, and championing a safety-first culture. Candidates for the RVP position must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive operations leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a related service industry. Strong financial acumen, the ability to lead through others, and a customer-first approach are essential. The role requires a decisive, high-accountability operator who is adept at reading P&L and WIP reports, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with industry certifications and experience with insurance carriers and program work. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in talent development, with a track record of building strong teams and driving results.
