Learn more areas and lines of business at Working at Wells Fargo | Jobs and Careers at Wells Fargo (wellsfargojobs.com).In this role, you will:Manage and service a moderately complex affluent and high net worth client relationship portfolio in lending, credit, and deposit products and servicesProactively identify service improvement opportunities for affluent and high net worth client relationships, including taking part in training and calibration exercises across the divisionReview and analyze client financial goals and changing needs, making recommendations to best fit the needs of the clientDevelop and exercise expertise in the changing market conditions and cascade across the division the best practicesProactively coordinate with the broader banking and internal teams (Financial Advisors, etc.) to ensure clients are in the correct banking product based on their financial activityCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve moderately complex issues and achieve goals, while building and maintaining a strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures and escalating best practices identified that can be cascaded across the divisionMaintain effective risk management through routine education, sound risk and operational decision making, and adherence to policies or procedures to independently resolve moderately complex issuesEnsure client experience goals are met by taking part in the creation of and delivery of product and banking process training that aligns with business objectives and operational experience goalsThis SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.
