With our growing organization, we're looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellence customer service skills and is highly organized. The perfect candidate will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, MCO regulations, continuity of services and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting set deadlines while working with autonomy. The IBHS Service Coordinator will support our team to effectively prepare and execute all tasks, as well as be responsible for ensuring the logistics of services are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Lay out a plan to ensure tracking client data, help the members and staff communicate with members.
• Ensure that members and staff needs related to services are met in a timely manner.
• Know all of the department's policies and procedures.
• Understand the IBHS regulations
• Know who to contact for help or information within the organization.
• Ask questions if the member's problem is not resolved quickly.
• Assist the members and staff in navigating through the company's policies, systems, and procedures.
• Communicate with other departments and/or outside agencies and MCO if and when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned as it relates to the role

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 - 13.00 per hour
