Registered Nurse Operating Room

MedStar Health seeks a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative care in a collaborative, patient-first environment. The OR RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for surgical patients, circulating and/or scrubbing across diverse specialties. Responsibilities include pre-op verification, intra-op monitoring, documentation, and post-op handoff, while upholding infection prevention and safety standards. RNs will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and allied staff, precept new team members, and engage in continuous learning, quality improvement, and use of advanced surgical technology.
