Front Desk Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our patients, you help create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. This role is essential to patient satisfaction, office flow, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage patient paperwork and office systems Assist with insurance verification and basic billing questions Keep the front office organized, efficient, and patient-focused Support smooth day-to-day office operations

What We're Looking For

Dental or medical front office experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented mindset Bilingual Spanish is a plus Some roles may require occasional travel between nearby Northern Nevada offices.

Pay & Benefits
