Job Description

QuadMed is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in our Hampton City School District clinic in Hampton, VA. Join a team that is redefining health care!

Schedule: 40hrs/wk

Job Requirements

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location
