Job Description
- Direct and manage all onsite construction activities
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Oversee project safety, quality, and schedule performance
- Review plans and specifications to ensure project compliance
- Conduct progress meetings with project stakeholders
- Manage inspections and regulatory requirements
- Resolve field conflicts and maintain project momentum
- Support project turnover and closeout processes

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience
- Experience overseeing healthcare, commercial, or multifamily projects
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction sequencing
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- OSHA certification required or preferred
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
