ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:

• Carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks such as, plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, masonry plaster and office fixtures/equipment installation among others. Realizar una amplia variedad de tareas de reparacin y mantenimiento, tales como plomera, carpintera, luz elctrica, albailera e instalacin de accesorios / equipos de oficina, entre otros.
• Perform work involving maintenance/craft skills to carry out general maintenance including: building and site repairs, fencing, painting, floor and wall tiling, cleaning footpaths, rubbish and recycling bins, etc. Realizar trabajos que cubran habilidades y destrezas de mantenimiento para llevar a cabo el mantenimiento general, que incluye: reparacin de edificios, cercas/verjas, pintura, losas para pisos y paredes, limpieza de aceras, basura/desperdicios y recipientes de reciclaje, e tc.
• Deal with general items of repair and maintenance in the interior and exterior of the building: e.g. putting up shelves, changing light bulbs, moving furniture, cleaning lamp shades, cleaning windows. Carrying out routine checks, repairs and maintenance of site equipment, and the exterior of the building. Trabajar con los elementos generales de reparacin y mantenimiento en el interior y el exterior del edificio: ej: colocar estantes, cambiar bombillas, mover muebles, limpiar pantallas de lmparas, limpiar ventanas. Llevar a cabo verificaciones de rutina, reparaciones y mantenimiento de los equipos y el exterior del edificio.

• Technical College Degree preferred / Grado tcnico de universidad preferido
• High school diploma with 2+ years of Facilities experience required or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. / Diploma de escuela secundaria con ms de 2 aos de experiencia en facilidades o cualquier combinacin equivalente de educacin, adiestramiento/capacitacin y experiencia que brinde los conocimientos, habilidades y capacidades necesarios para este trabajo.
• Driver's license of PR / Licencia de conducir vigente de Puerto Rico
