Summary Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist to support complex employment-based immigration matters in a hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas. This position will focus on managing H-1B, Green Card, and PERM processes from start to finish while working independently across nuanced immigration cases. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong immigration processing experience, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex or gray-area situations with minimal oversight. Job Description Manage H-1B immigration processes from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable requirements. Support Green Card and PERM processing activities, including documentation gathering, case preparation, tracking, and follow-up. Handle a variety of employment-based immigration applications and related casework with strong attention to detail. Independently assess complex immigration matters, identify potential issues, and recommend appropriate next steps. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, employees, outside counsel, and other relevant parties to move cases forward efficiently. Maintain accurate immigration records, case documentation, timelines, and status updates. Monitor immigration deadlines, process milestones, and required filings to ensure timely completion. Navigate ambiguous or complex immigration scenarios using strong judgment, research skills, and practical problem-solving. Support process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and visibility across immigration case management. Requirements Experience processing H-1B immigration matters. Experience with Green Card and PERM processing. Ability to independently manage complex immigration cases from start to finish with minimal hand holding. Strong understanding of employment-based immigration processes, documentation, and compliance considerations. Proven ability to navigate nuanced or gray-area immigration issues with sound judgment and professionalism. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, internal teams, and external partners. Preferred experience as a paralegal or immigration professional within an immigration law firm handling a broad range of application types.
