About This Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Teacher/Assistant Teacher to join our team at Bumble Bees Academy in Springboro. As a key member of our Early Childhood Education Center, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of our infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing a curriculum-based program, supervising and executing lessons, and collaborating with families and colleagues to create a nurturing environment. In addition to these core duties, you'll receive comprehensive training in customer service, organizational skills, and multitasking, allowing you to thrive in this dynamic role.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to play a key part in the growth and development of our students. They will execute, plan, supervise, and implement a curriculum-based program for the class in accordance with the policies and philosophy of the school. They will help the center design teaching tools needed to enrich the young lives entrusted to our care. They will build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen. With a comprehensive training, they will be able to handle customer service skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.

Be able to lift 40lbs and change diapers. Childcare teaching experience in a licensed child care center or work experience with babies. Be responsible of cleaning and organizing own classroom.

Having a CDA or Associate's degree would be highly beneficial. Alternatively, candidates with relevant certifications or specialized training in early childhood education will also be considered.
