Therapist

Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, PsyD) - Allendale Treatment Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, in person Come join our clinical team and help adults navigate some of lifes toughest challenges. What Youll Do: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults facing mental health concerns Develop personalized treatment plans and guide patients toward measurable progress Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians in a team-based care model Support patients and families with education around coping strategies, recovery, and mental wellness Respond with empathy and professionalism during crises or escalations What Were Looking For: Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or PsyD Experience in mental health or psychiatric care preferred Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Why Join Us: 100% employer-paid health insurance premiums for employees 401k Match Work with a collaborative, mission-driven team Make a lasting impact in the mental health field and your community
